Après des débuts compliqués avec l’AS Monaco, Alexander Nübel (25 ans) a retrouvé des performances plus dignes de son statut. Et visiblement le portier allemand, prêté par le Bayern Munich, se sent bien en Principauté. Interrogé par Sky Sport, son agent Stefan Backs a indiqué qu’il se voyait aller au bout de son prêt de deux ans avec le club monégasque.
"Si rien d'extraordinaire ne se produit, Alexander Nübel continuera à jouer pour l'AS Monaco la saison prochaine. Il n'est pas question d'un retour anticipé à Munich. Alex joue régulièrement à Monaco et peut s'y développer", a-t-il indiqué. Le mois dernier, des échos en Allemagne évoquait un possible retour anticipé au Bayern Munich, notamment en prévision d’une vente à Tottenham. Alexander Nübel a disputé 37 matchs (toutes compétitions confondues) avec l’ASM cette saison.
